Do we have to switch tools?

No. We work with whatever you're already using — Notion, Asana, Monday, whatever. No new software.

Is it just one person?

Yes, primarily. Bea leads every engagement. We bring in specialists for specific builds when needed.

Can you stay on long-term?

Yes. After the first 3 months, it's month-to-month. But we build systems that can run without us.

What if we also need design or writing help?

We can recommend people. But we run the system that ships your content — we don't make the content itself.
